Congratulations to the class of 2012!

Graduation Ceremony: Saturday, June 9, 2012 5:00 p.m.
DoubleTree Hotel

Graduation Information:
-Graduates receive (2) free tickets for the graduation, this includes the graduate and (1) guest.
- (4) additional guests may attend, the cost will be $60.00 for each additional adult guest for dinner, $25.00 for each additional child (4-12 years). Babies and toddlers (0-3 years) are free of charge.
- Children may attend the graduation.
- You will be responsible to pay for any additional guests attending. Payment for these guests must be received by Friday, June 1 2012. Forms of payment include: Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NO personal checks and NO cash payments will be accepted. Money Orders/Cashiers Checks payable to: NECA-IBEW Inland Training Fund.
- Changes to your guest list and additional guest payments may be made through Friday, June 1, 2012. The Training Center will be unable to make changes to your guest count or accept payments the evening of the graduation.
- Name of all ticket holders will be required. Graduation Information (continued):
- Reserved seating is not available. If you would like to reserve seating for your group, you should arrive early to reserve your table that evening.
- This is a special occasion, so dress appropriately. Please dress in semi-formal to formal attire only! The following clothing items are not appropriate for this event: T-shirts, jeans, work boots, sneakers, flip flops/ sandals, hats, baggy clothing, etc.
- Beginning Monday, April 16, 2012 the Training Center will provide your instructor with an RSVP list. On this form you will need to indicate your total guest count (including yourself) for the graduation. Our office needs the RSVP list to determine how many guests you plan on bringing to the graduation. We must have an accurate guest count for the room set up, food, etc.
- Class Photos - All Graduates need to be in the front of the ballroom (stage) by 5:15 p.m. sharp!

Hotel Accommodations:
- Hotel rooms are available, rates will start at $99.00/per night, rates may vary. To make a room reservation at the Double Tree Hotel please call: 1-800-222-TREE (8733).

The next IBEW 4x4 club event will be held on March 31. We will be meeting at 10 am, at the corner of Kiowa Rd. and Round Up Way in Apple Valley , CA. This will be a rocky but somewhat easy ride through the north slope of the San Bernardino mountains.

An online learning program focused on mobile technologies is the latest offering of NACTEL, the National Coalition for Telecommunications Education and Learning, a partnership of leading corporations, the IBEW and the Communications Workers of America that has trained thousands of union members since 1997. Courses are also available in operating systems.
