Report on Tuesday May 2nd to the jobsite at 8:00am for a “Fit For Duty Test” that will include the following: Blood pressure test (Dr. Note excusal is acceptable), lift 50 LBS, climb a ladder with 3 points of contact and Urinalysis drug screening. Member will be paid $100.00 for a complete successful test. (Please Wear Appropriate clothing: T-shirts/Long Pants).Orientation will be on Thursday May 4th at 7:00am, for a normal 6:30am start time. This project is ZONE B, requires Dispatch slip, 2 forms of I.D, First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10 & is a 4-10’s schedule. This project also requires steel or composite toe boots (a $125.00 stipend will be paid to the member when new boots are purchased and a receipt is provided.) This Call is for Modular Installation. This Call was filld at #4 on Book 2
