Report Monday February 6th after Dispatch to the jobsite for a “Fit For Duty Test” that will include the following: Blood pressure test (Dr. Note excusal is acceptable), lift 50 LBS, climb a ladder with 3 points of contact and Urinalysis drug screening. Member will be paid $100.00 for a complete successful test. Orientation will be on Tuesday February 7th at 6:30am. Work will start on Wednesday February 8th with a normal 6:30am start time. This project is ZONE B, requires 2 forms of I.D., First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10 & is a 4- 10’s schedule.
