4 –  Journeyman Wireman for D.H. Blattner & Sons, Inc. to the Daggett Solar Project. Report Thursday September 29th at 7:00am to the jobsite for a “Fit For Duty Test” that will include the following: Blood pressure test (Dr. Note excusal is acceptable), lift 50 LBS, climb a ladder with 3 points of contact and Urinalysis drug screening. Member will be paid $100.00 for a complete successful test. Orientation will be on Monday October 10/3 at 6:30am. Work will start on Tuesday October 10/4 with a normal 6:30am start time. This project is ZONE B, requires 2 forms of I.D. & is a 4- 10’s schedule. This project also requires steel or composite toed boots (a $125.00 stipend will be paid to the member when new boots are purchased and a receipt is provided) Calls filled went to #71 Book 1
