1- Journeyman Wireman for Anderson & Howard to the CSUSB Utility Infastructure project in San Bernardino. Report after dispatch on Tuesday 4/24/18 this project has a start time of 6:00 am. Estimated duration of 2 weeks

1- Journeyman Wireman for Gregg Electric to Feron in Rancho Cucamonga. Report after dispatch on Tuesday 4/24/18, this project has a 6:00a.m. start time. This job will be approx. 4 months and will be doing underground.

Short Calls:

3- Journeyman Wireman for Kent Electric at the Dunn Mill Project in Ludlow. MSHA and steel toe boots are required for this project. If you do not have MSHA you will report to the shop in Fontana after dispatch, if you do have MSHA you will report to the jobsite after dispatch. There is possible OT and weekend work on this project and a 6:00 a.m. start. Zone B.

There are 198 Journeyman Wireman on book 1 and 15 Journeyman Wireman on book 2.  Our next short call starts at 174 on book 1. High desert dispatch will be CLOSED.

Today’s (4/24/18) Long Call went to #177 on Book 1 and the Short Call went to #101 on Book 1. 

The April 26th, 2018 RECE meeting has been CANCELLED and rescheduled for May 24th, 2018. More detailed information will be posted as we recieve it.

We are also looking for volunteers to attend a CSLB public hearing on Wednesday, April 25th from 9am – 12pm at 9821 Business park Dr. in Sacramento, Ca. 

​ The meeting is a public input hearing between C-46 vs C-10 licenses performing energy storage work.  It is obviously our position that this is C-10 work.

 The C-46 contractors will have a lot of people there arguing they should be allowed to do battery storage work. Our numbers of in-person attendees will have a significant impact on the outcome. 

  Please DO NOT wear Union attire.  We are making this a safety, not a labor, issue.

Long Calls – 1 Journeyman Wireman to the State of California Institute for Women in Chino. Must complete gate clearence papers and pre-employment backgound check, no probation.

Report after obtaining gate clearence (normally 2 – 4 weeks). Must wear approved clothing (no blue jeans etc.). No smoking on this project. Must have TB test reults. The state does not pay into the Social Security system or withhold working dues assesments.

The state does pay into all the fringe benefit trust funds.you will be working Mon. – Fri. 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. and they are requesting extensive Commercial/Industrial experience.
