Robert W. Kutschat, Born April 30, 1929, passed away on June 15, 2017. Brother Kutchat was a 37 year member of the IBEW
John L. Ballard, Born July 22, 1937, passed away on June 18, 2017. Brother Ballard was a 57 year member of the IBEW and worked in the Local Union Office for many years.
