The unemployed 5th year apprentices need to come to the San Bernardino office and sign the Journeyman Out of Work book to be eligible to be dispatched as a JW. The office opens at 8:00am.

Calls to be dispatched for Thursday, June 2, 2016.

  • 10 Journeyman Wiremen to Hampton Tedder Electric at the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating Station Unit 3. Report After dispatch on Thursday June 2, 2016. These JW will report ASAP after dispatch for orientation and drug test and will continue to work through the night and will be scheduled on the night shift. Drug test/orientation, Steel toed boots, 2valid forms of ID are required. This project will pay $12 per hour for travel/subsistance pay. This project  will be working a minimum of 12 hour days , a minimum of 6 days a week. The work will be in the unit three tower with access only via the stairs. The work will be located between 10 and 15 stories above ground level. Until permanent power is restored (undefined) there will be limited elevator access. Today’s calls went to #72 on Book 2.
