1 - Journeyman Wireman for Baker Electric to the Solid Fuel Project in China Lake. Report to the shop in Corona after dispatch Friday August 12th for orientation and backround clearance paperwork. Job reporting will begin when backround check is complete but work will be available locally until background is complete. backround check takes approximately 3 weeks. This Job is Zone B, is a 4-10 schedule and has provided rooms at the China Lake base. This Call was filled at #27 on Book 2
3 - Journeyman Wireman for D.H. Blattner & Sons, Inc. to the Daggett Solar Project. Report Monday August 15th to the jobsite for a "Fit For Duty Test" that will include the following: Blood pressure test (Dr. Note excusal is acceptable), lift 50 LBS, climb a ladder with 3 points of contact and Urinalysis drug screening. Member will be paid $100.00 for a complete successful test. Orientation will be on Tuesday August 16th at 6:30am. Work will start on Wednesday August 17th with a normal 6:30am start time. This project is ZONE B, requires 2 forms of I.D. & is a 4- 10's schedule and is expected to be 12 months. This project also requires steel or composite toed boots (a $125.00 stipend will be paid to the member when new boots are purchased and a receipt is provided) These Calls were filled at #50 on Book #2
