Report After dispatch Friday July 29th to the jobsite for a "Fit For Duty Test" that will include the following: Blood pressure test (Dr. Note excusal is acceptable), lift 50 LBS, climb a ladder with 3 points of contact and Urinalysis drug screening. Member will be paid $100.00 for a complete successful test. Orientation will be on Monday August 1st, with a normal 6:30am start time. Work will start on Tuesday August 2nd with a normal 6:30am start time. This project is ZONE B, requires 2 forms of I.D. & is a 4- 10's schedule. This project also requires steel or composite toed boots (a $125.00 stipend will be paid to the member when new boots are purchased and a receipt is provided) All calls filled as unfilled call By book 2 as of 11:45am

1 - Sound and Communication Installer to Kaiser Foundation Health for the Kaiser Fontana project in Fontana. Report Friday July 29th after dispatch for Drug test and Background Check. Employment will start after Clearance. Job requires 2 valid forms of ID Proof of vaccination (ok with date waiting to get 1st booster which is mandatory) Per Contractor, If employment has been denied at any Kaiser need not take dispatch to the project.
