Brother Ronald Phipps' Memorial Service will be held on June 1, 2019 at 11:00a.m. at 16767 Spring Street, Fontana CA (American Legion). Brother Phipps passed away on 5/14/19 and was a 55 year member of Local 477. He was 77.
