Brother Gene Millard's Memorial Services will be held on Friday July 20, 2018 from 2:00p.m.-4:00p.m. at the Family Funeral Chapel in Rialto. The address is 128 N. Riverside Ave. Rialto, CA 92404. Brother Millard was a 51 year member of IBEW Local 477 and passed away on 6-3-2018 at the age of 74.
