JOHN WAS A PROUD 41 YEAR IBEW LOCAL 477 MEMBER AND SERVED THIS LOCAL PROUD AS BUSINESS MANAGER FOR OVER 16 YEARS. OUR DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO THE BROWN FAMILY.
