On a sad note. Brother Philip Dowse, Sr. Retired ex- Business Manager passed away. Brother Phil was a 68 year member of Local 477. Rosary Services will be Friday, March 13, at 6:30pm at Kern Hesperia Mortuary. 16120 Main Street. Hesperia. (760) 244-9313. Burial Services will be Saturday, March 14 at 1:00pm at Holy Family Catholic Church. 9974 "I" Avenue. Hesperia. (760) 244-9180. Our thoughts and prayers to the friends and family of Brother Phil.
