Jefferson at 10:00a.m. and then proceed to the meeting. This meeting is concerning R.E.C.E. which is a bill set out to put an end to utility sized solar work in the area. There will also be a remote satellite link at the Jerry Lewis High Desert Government Center in Hesperia in case you can't make it to San Bernardino.
